KARELPURE ULTRA (XO) is a fast-processing flexographic washout chemistry that requires minimal equipment cleaning time and operator involvement. It does not require heat during plate-processing, which results in lower VOC.

KARELPURE ULTRA K (XO/K) is a slightly boosted version of our standard KARELPURE ULTRA (XO) formula best suited to process a mix of flexographic plates including Kodak NX series. Since KARELPURE ULTRA K (XO/K) does not require heat during plate-processing, chemistry evaporation and VOC admittance are greatly reduced compared to other mainstream solvents.

KARELPURE ULTRA L (XO/L) is an extremely fast-processing solution. Subtle aroma, and low VOCs make this premium product the most efficient solution for Kodak NX plates, but a safe and environmentally friendly product as well.

KARELPURE NX (LO/N) – this premium product is designed with Kodak NX users in mind. It is an extremely fast-processing solution with very low VOCs.

KARELPURE ULTRA SPECIAL (XO/S) is formulated specifically to work with Kodak NX plates. It has the capability to dramatically reduce processing and washout times while retaining the features of safety and quality inherent in our standard KARELPURE (LO) washout. For exclusive Kodak NX plate makers, there is no better solution than KARELPURE ULTRA SPECIAL (XO/S).

KARELPURE MULTI (CX) is a multi-part solvent that can be used with all manufacture’s plates. Three-part blend that is very fast processing of photopolymer plates.

KARELPURE (LO) Washout was developed by the recipients of the EPA’s Presidential Green Chemistry Award. KARELPURE (LO) Washout is a product designed for those with safety in mind. It does not require heat and therefore produces little VOCs resulting in a reduction of consumption rates.

KARELPURE ECO (FW) is our most economical option for flexographic washout chemistry. This two-part product and can be purchased blended or as its constituent components to make on-site balancing easy.
